内容简介
再制造(Remanufacturing)是指对废旧产品进行专业化修复或升级改造,使其质量特性(包括产品功能、技术性能、绿色性和经济性等)不低于原型新品水平的绿色制造过程。再制造面向产品生命周期的末端,以废旧产品资源利用率最大化、再制造产品性能最优化、生产资源消耗最小化和环境污染最小化为目标,打通“资源-产品-报废-再制造产品”的循环产业链条,构筑节能、环保和可持续的工业绿色发展模式。相对于传统的新品制造及废旧机电产品资源化利用模式,再制造在成本、节能、节材、减排、高效和高值化等方面优势明显,高度契合国家绿色发展战略和制造强国战略,是制造业转型升级的重要方向,也是我国实现“双碳”目标的最佳技术手段之一。我国是世界上潜力最大的复印机市场,拥有全球最多的复印机零配件生产企业,淘汰和报废数量大。开展复印机设备再制造,一方面可降低新品复印机制造过程对金属和石油产品等资源的消耗,另一方面可降低复印机旧件环保处理过程中的环境污染,同时有效利用废旧复印机蕴含的高附加值,实现变废为宝。复印机再制造产品已被国家列入再制造产品目录。尽管我国开展复印机等办公设备再制造实践已有较长时间,包括复印机再制造关键工艺技术、试点企业认定和产品目录制定等方面的工作,并形成了一定的产业规模,但是在复印机再制造标准研究方面仍处于初期阶段,关键共性技术标准缺失导致的生产和市场运行不规范,限制了复印机再制造行业的健康快速发展。本文件的发布,将有助于复印机再制造行业的规范和发展。本文件规定了复印机再制造的总体要求、再制造流程和再制造要求等内容。本文件适用于废旧复印机的再制造活动。前言····························································································································III引言·····························································································································V1范围··························································································································12规范性引用文件··········································································································13术语和定义·················································································································14总体要求····················································································································25再制造流程·················································································································26再制造要求·················································································································36.1初步检验···············································································································36.2再制造性评估·········································································································36.3拆解·····················································································································36.4清洗·····················································································································36.5检测与分类············································································································36.6再制造加工············································································································36.7再制造装配············································································································46.8软件更新或升级······································································································46.9产品检验···············································································································46.10产品标识与产品信息······························································································46.11质量保证及包装····································································································4参考文献························································································································5
